Early Childhood Education

An early childhood teacher works collaboratively with families to support young children with their

learning, development and growth from birth to the age of six. The first years of a child’s life are important

developmental years, and as an early childhood teacher you will play a critical role in helping young

children with their learning, identity and exploration of the world around them. You can choose to study

the general Early Childhood Education programme or to specialise in working with Pacific children.
